Doctors Said the Damage Was Permanent – She Focused on Possibility
Alya’s health challenges began early, with multiple autoimmune diagnoses over the years. But everything changed after a serious car accident left her with multiple injuries, including nerve damage that affected her ability to move her hand.
In the days following surgery, she found herself facing both physical pain and emotional overwhelm. Then, she made a decision to shift her focus toward gratitude and patience, even while her body was still healing.
As she continued this inner work, Alya began reconnecting to feelings of support, love, and possibility.
About a week after the accident, she participated as a healee in a Coherence Healing™. During the experience, she focused on elevated emotions and imagined herself returning to the activities she loved.
Not long after, she noticed a change. For the first time, she was able to open her hand on her own.
Today, Alya continues her recovery with a strong sense of trust in her body and a commitment to the process, describing a deeper feeling of wholeness than she had ever known.
Recorded at the Nashville Week Long Retreat in September, 2025.
