Born with a hole in her heart, Alexandra grew up with the constant fear that her life would be cut short; that she would never know strength, vitality, ease, or joy. Everyone told her she was weak – and this became her identity.

Many years later, after a lifetime of medical issues and growing ailments – panic attacks; arrhythmia; digestive issues; debilitating pain – Alexandra realized something had to change. And that something was herself.

Once she discovered Dr Joe’s work, Alexandra began to see real impacts in her life and health. She practiced in earnest – not to heal, but to change. And, as she stopped identifying as someone who was weak or sick, her body responded. The hole in her heart was gone; replaced by whole-hearted joy.
