An 11-Year-Old Girl Overcame Severe Allergies Through Meditation

In honor of International Children’s Day tomorrow, Lielle’s story is a reminder of the resilience, openness, and possibility that children can carry, even through difficult challenges.

At just four years old, Lielle developed a severe peanut allergy, followed later by a dog allergy and intense sensory sensitivities that made everyday clothing feel deeply uncomfortable. Doctors told her her peanut allergy would likely last forever, and touching her favorite animal gave her painful rashes.

After being introduced to Dr Joe Dispenza’s work by her parents, Lielle slowly began exploring meditation, gratitude, and heart-centered practices. At first, she resisted the meditations, but over time she began noticing subtle shifts – especially in how she felt emotionally and physically around her allergies.

Eventually, she felt ready to try peanut butter for the first time in years.

During a Coherence Healing™ session, Lielle describes experiencing a powerful feeling of love, freedom, and certainty about who she wanted to become. In the weeks that followed, she noticed continued changes in how she related to her body and her daily life.

Now 11 years old, Lielle says she feels happier, freer, and more connected to herself than ever before.

Recorded at the Marco Island Week-Long Retreat in August, 2025.

Lielle also recently helped explain the Random Number Generator (RNG) research conducted during Dr Joe Dispenza Week Long Retreats, exploring how collective coherence may influence measurable random data:
