Relaxing Into the Unknown, Part II – Awakening the Creative Center
Dr Joe Dispenza | 17 June 2025
When we’re living in survival, and our bodies have been conditioned to the hormones of stress – it's not a time to open our hearts. It's a time to run, fight, or hide. Where we place our attention is where we place our energy, and when we give our attention to a person or circumstance that agitates or frustrates us – that’s energy that could instead be used to heal.
But when we move our attention off that person or problem, we call energy back to ourselves. We begin to build our body's own field – energy that can now be used to heal, create, and dream. And sooner than later, that energy moves right into the heart.
The heart is the creative center. It's the union of polarities – dualities – where opposites come together. This is where wholeness begins. This is where love begins.
The more we relax into the heart, the more we switch out of survival. Now, instead of creating fear, frustration, or pain, our sympathetic nervous system creates homeostasis – and we feel ecstasy, joy, and bliss. We start moving toward the divine … and toward a new future.
