Relaxing Into the Unknown, Part I – Entering Into a Light State

Last year, at our first 10-Day Extended Retreat in Cancún, I talked about the transformative effects of relaxing into the unknown. The unknown is where all possibility exists – but it can be a scary place when we’re living in a state of survival.

To move our body out of survival, we must first relax into our heart – and allow our bodies to enter into a light state. As the heart becomes relaxed and coherent, it sends a signal that resets the brain’s emotional baseline. The brain moves into a creative state, where we begin to imagine new possibilities – and a new future – that we could not see before.

In Part II, we’ll go deeper into the practice of relaxing into the unknown. Stay tuned.
