Introducing Blessing of the Energy Centers VIII
Dr Joe Dispenza | 13 September 2019
In 2012, I introduced what would become one of our most popular meditations for healing, manifesting, and creating more balance in the brain and body, Blessing of the Energy Centers I. Since then, we have been methodically advancing the teaching.
On Wednesday, September 18th, 2019, via a live stream from Niagara Falls, New York, I introduced to the public for the first time the Blessing of the Energy Centers VIII teaching.
As many of you know, each energy center in our body is under the control of the autonomic nervous system (autonomic meaning automatic), and each center has its own energetic signature, its own frequency, carries its own message, has its own intent, and possesses its own consciousness. Essentially, each center is like a mini, individual brain.
Because each center is under the control of the autonomic nervous system, each center has its own glands, and glands secrete chemicals and hormones. The role of hormones is to harmonize the body, so in this advancement of the teaching, I talked about and taught how to harmonize the energy centers. In the meditation that followed, we worked on harmonizing the first center to the second center, to the third, to the fourth, and so on. When done correctly, this process creates syntropy (the tendency towards energy concentration, order, organization, and life) and coherence in each one of those centers.
Like fractal patterns, as you create ordered patterns of energy in each of those centers, that’s information each organ, tissue, and cell can draw from. That kind of balance is the evolution of what we have finally arrived at after seven teachings of the Blessing of the Energy Centers. This teaching is one of the best ways to create order, harmony, health, and balance in your life, both within and without.
You can find more specific information about the science behind the teaching, as well as hear testimonials from those who have used the teachings to heal themselves or transform their lives.
I am excited to bring this teaching to the public for the first time. I hope you enjoy it.
