She Struggled with Anxiety – Until She Connected to Source
For years, Karen lived with anxiety, depression, and recurring panic attacks, along with physical challenges including IBS and anemia. Despite ongoing treatment, she found herself structuring her life around managing symptoms and trying to prevent the next episode.
Looking for a different approach after seeing a similar story of healing, she attended a Week Long Retreat in 2022.
During a meditation that involved The Breath, Karen describes having a powerful internal experience. She felt a surge of energy and entered a deeply vivid state, where she sensed a connection to loved ones who had passed and a connection to Source. What stayed with her most was a clear message: as long as she remembered where she came from, a place of love, peace, and joy, she would be okay.
In the days that followed, she noticed significant changes. Her panic attacks did not return, and follow-up testing showed improvements in her bloodwork sooner than expected.
Over time, she has continued her daily meditation practice, focusing on maintaining balance and connection.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Karen’s story offers a reminder that even in the most challenging moments, it’s possible to reconnect to a sense of calm, build a new relationship with the mind and body, and move toward greater wellbeing.
