What is The Formula?
The Formula is a distillation of all this information, prepared in a way to help you understand how to alter the way you focus your attention, self-regulate, and master your emotional state through heart and brain coherence.
The formula of transformation is commonly thought of as a mathematical equation. But it’s actually a specific process and technique of creating and sustaining heart and brain coherence. In other words, when done correctly, the process creates change resulting in a new life, healed body, or new reality.
For the purpose of this blog, the formula is a twofold process of creating and sustaining heart and brain coherence at the same time. The online course walks you through that exact process. Let’s cover that now.
Brain Coherence: Moving Out of a Habituated State
When the brain’s energy is focused on perceived threats in the environment or external world, we are in a state of convergent focus. This can be a habitual emotional state affirmed by the people, places, and things around us.
But when we shift to a broader focus – a divergent focus – and place our attention on the energy in space around our body, and the unifying field in which everything is connected, our brain begins to reorganize. What the hormones of stress compartmentalized, disorganized, and threw out of coherence now becomes coherent and synchronized.
Heart Coherence: Living By Elevated Emotions
Limited emotional states like fear, anger, judgement, jealousy, impatience and resentment activate the body’s fight-or-flight response. The problem is: You’re not actually running, fighting, or hiding, which causes your heart to beat out of rhythm.
Over a prolonged period, the body will shift out of homeostasis (the optimal state of balance) and into a state of dis-ease. This often primes the body for chronic health conditions and illnesses.
Understanding The Formula of Transformation
Whatever change you wish to experience in your life – be it healing, abundance, a new or improved relationship, or anything else – the creation process requires that a coherent brain and a coherent heart work together.
This means selecting a clear intention that exists in the quantum field, and feeling the elevated emotion that you would when that intention comes to fruition.
When you feel as though the change you want – the future you envision – has already happened, you stop looking for it. You start falling in love with your life and the generous present moment. You are no longer separated from what you want to create, because your brain doesn’t know the difference between what you feel and what has or hasn’t happened.
