She Meditated for 7 Days and Healed Her Past
Years ago, Estelle experienced a traumatic event that had a lasting impact on both her emotional wellbeing and her physical health. Over time, she developed a serious illness that affected her ability to eat, speak, and carry out daily life.
Despite seeking guidance from multiple practitioners, she was told there were limited options. Estelle began exploring Dr Joe Dispenza’s work, focusing on the idea that changing emotional patterns could influence the body.
She committed to one week of focused practice, meditating three times a day on the beach, focusing on three things: cultivate an elevated emotion, set a clear intention, and let go of the past. Even though she felt she “wasn’t good at it,” she reached a moment of clarity and certainty about her body and her health.
In the days that followed, Estelle noticed meaningful changes in how she felt, including a return of appetite and energy. Today, she reflects on the experience as a turning point that reshaped how she understands healing, emotion, and personal responsibility. Her story is a reminder that the work doesn’t have to be perfect and that change can begin wherever you are.
