At 17, Anne was diagnosed with a neurological condition, and a few years later, she faced an additional diagnosis of a brain tumor. The treatments that followed were intense, and afterward she was left with lasting effects, including limited sensation and mobility on the left side of her body.

Over time, Anne worked to regain movement, but some symptoms remained.

After being introduced to Dr Joe Dispenza’s work, she began practicing meditation and gradually became more aware of both her internal state and her environment.

During one meditation, Anne describes experiencing a strong surge of energy that caused her body to shake. After that experience, something changed.

For the first time since her diagnosis, she began to feel her left side again – even more than she had before. In the time since, she says she no longer experiences the pain that once affected her daily life.

Today, Anne continues her journey, building on these changes and focusing on ongoing growth, as she says, “there is always something to improve.”
