She Faced Major Surgery - and Walked Out in 4 Days
A year ago, Barbara was diagnosed with common bile duct cancer, a rare and aggressive disease, and told she would need a Whipple procedure - one of the most invasive abdominal surgeries.
Two weeks before surgery, panic hit hard. “Oh my God, I’m going to die,” she thought.
Then she made a decision:
“I am not a victim, I am a thriver.”
Barbara immersed herself in Dr Joe Dispenza’s work, practicing Blessings of the Energy Centers, Changing Boxes, The Generous Present Moment, and Empower The Power Within every day. She changed her diet, her thoughts, and her identity. She entered her 10.5-hour Whipple surgery not in fear but in gratitude.
Four and a half days later, she walked out of the hospital. Within weeks, she was back in the gym. Six months later, doctors rushed in with her results… no cancer.
Today, Barbara looks back at the woman she was with gratitude. Her commitment to the work became the turning point that shaped who she is now.
