After a fall in 2017 and subsequent back surgery, Cristhal expected relief. Instead, complications led to ongoing pain and neurological challenges that affected nearly every part of her life.

As her physical condition worsened, so did the emotional toll, including anxiety, depression, and a growing sense of limitation.

Although she had been introduced to Dr Joe Dispenza’s work before, it wasn’t until she heard stories of transformation that she began to believe in possibility.

After being gifted an invitation to the Denver Week Long Retreat, Cristhal arrived with two simple intentions: to find peace with her condition and to experience a small physical shift.

During a Coherence Healing™ as a healee, she describes feeling the loving energy in the room and surrendering to it.

That evening, she noticed her body no longer felt the same need for medication.

In the days that followed, symptoms that had defined her life began to improve.

Today, Cristhal says she has her life back – and yes, bread and cheese are back on the menu.
