When Raul attended his first Week-Long Retreat in Dubai, he noticed a woman who appeared to be struggling physically. Without ever introducing himself, he made a simple decision: throughout the entire week, he would silently send her love. During breaks, during meditations, and whenever he saw her, he focused only on wishing her well.

At the same time, Raul was facing his own serious health challenges. Doctors had warned him that he might need major surgery after discovering a painful condition affecting his abdomen. But even then, he found it easier to give love than to receive it. When he was unexpectedly chosen for a Coherence Healing™, he almost declined because he felt someone else deserved it more.

As he turned to embrace the person behind him during the Coherence Healing, Raul discovered it was the same woman he had been silently sending love to all week. In that moment, he realized the love he had freely given had been returned in a way he never expected. More importantly, he understood that allowing himself to receive was an essential part of his own healing.

Raul went home so filled with love that he forgot about his diagnosis. Months later, after returning to his doctor for further testing, he says there was no sign of the condition that had once caused so much concern. Today, he reflects on that experience as the beginning of many meaningful changes in his health and his life.
