From a Decade of Perimenopause to Normal Hormones

For more than a decade, Tanya lived with severe perimenopause symptoms: hot flashes, brain fog so intense she nearly quit her job, pins and needles, and arthritic pain that made everyday tasks difficult. After trying every natural approach she could find, she eventually turned to hormone replacement therapy just to function.

Tanya had known about Dr Joe Dispenza’s work for years, but hadn’t fully committed to the work. When a close friend encouraged her to try again, something shifted. She began practicing consistently, even through resistance, and gradually deepened her practice over the ensuing months.

That commitment brought unexpected changes. Blood tests showed her estrogen and testosterone levels had increased markedly from her previous tests. Follow-up tests revealed something her doctor could not explain: normal ovarian function and hormone levels consistent with someone nowhere near menopause.

Today, she is celebrating normal hormone levels again – and a body that surprised both her and her doctor.
