Give From Your Heart; Awaken Your Soul:
Introducing ‘Wholly Days’
Dr Joe Dispenza | 17 December 2024
As I write this, we’re winding down our first-ever 10-Day Extended Retreat in Cancún, Mexico. At the same time, my team and I have been putting the finishing touches on a brand new creation; a meditation called “Wholly Days.”
It’s been a very busy season for us, so this post is going to be shorter than usual. But I didn’t want to miss the chance to tell you about this special, short (it’s just 17 minutes long) meditation – which will be available by the time you read this. I’m so happy to share a short excerpt from the introduction with you here:
When I went in to the studio to record something for this season of giving, what naturally unfolded was a meditation on open-heartedness and wholeness. As I say in the introduction: by its very nature, giving embodies love and divine wholeness. And there’s no better time to practice generosity than the holidays ... the “holy days” ... the season of wholeness ... the Wholly Days.
This season begins with gratitude. We feel grateful for all the things in our lives; all the things we’ve learned in the past year and the challenges we’ve overcome; all the opportunities we’ve encountered. And, most important, we feel grateful for connecting and communing with the people we love.
As the season progresses, we demonstrate this feeling of thankfulness through giving. From a place of abundant love and gratitude, and with an open heart, we give of ourselves to others. In my experience, there’s just no better way to open your heart than through gratitude and giving. Think of it this way: your love is your path. Your heart is your guide.
When others feel loved – when they feel your love – there is no greater gift you can offer. To give to another soul only for love, in a sense, is to give them the gift of life.
In the spirit of these “Wholly Days,” when you give from your heart for others, you awaken your soul. This new meditation is my heartfelt offering to you. I hope you enjoy it.
