Your future isn’t something you find, it’s something you create. And you can begin creating it right now … before success, before a new relationship, before healing. If you can teach your body what your future feels like emotionally before it happens, you’ll no longer look for it. You’ll no longer be separate from it, because the feeling is the experience.

To meditate means to become familiar with; to know yourself. As you meditate, you’ll become so aware of your unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that you’ll no longer go unconscious to them. You’ll begin to create your new personality – a new personal reality – by becoming familiar with your future self. And as you begin trading resentment for gratitude, fear for appreciation, anger for care … then you’re well on your way to creating a new future.
