Experimenting on the Journey Back to Source

Experimenting on the Journey Back to Source

Dr Joe Dispenza | 04 November 2025

As you go deeper in this work – learning to overcome your body; your mind; your old stories – you become accustomed to encountering challenges. You come to realize those challenges are opportunities to change. Soon, instead of the habit of believing in the familiar past, you develop a new habit: believing in yourself.

And when you believe in yourself, you believe in possibilities.

The more you show up for yourself in this way, day after day, the more you’ll feel worthy to receive. In that state of worthiness – happy; grateful; curious; loose; free – you can get out of your own way. You can begin to create – a new story. A new future. A new life.

You stop looking for something to change – because you feel like it’s already happened.

Maintaining this state in your waking day, then, becomes the experiment. As you continue making new choices and choosing new thoughts – paying more attention to your inner world than your outer world – you create in partnership with the unknown. And you should begin to see evidence that your inner work is showing up in your outer life. Something different and unusual should occur – a signpost; a “breadcrumb” from the divine. Something that inspires you to create again. And again.

Keep making these choices, and you’ll find yourself in a whole new reality. Make time to create on a regular basis – keep the experiment going – and your life will change, seamlessly, in the most mysterious ways.

Recorded at the Week Long Retreat in Denver, Colorado, July 2024.
