Creating a New Personal Reality – Part II
Dr Joe Dispenza | 27 January 2026
Most people don’t decide to change until they face a crisis, diagnosis, loss, or betrayal. Even then – when they know it’s time to think, feel, and behave differently – the body resists. It craves familiar patterns of suffering; chemical processes that have been memorized and rehearsed for years. But resistance to change isn’t failure –it’s evidence that change is actually happening.
Moving from the old self to the new self requires a kind of neurological, biological, and emotional “death” – an uncomfortable process of overcoming in order to become. But choosing to do this work … pushing past the limits of the known, and surrendering to the unknown ... is where transformation begins.
