Today marks another milestone in our community and in this work. This evening, we’ll begin our first-ever 10-Day Extended Retreat – “One Mind-One Heart” – in Cancún, Mexico.

The 10-day retreat is an evolution of a process and practice that first began with our four-day retreats many years ago. When I saw the biological, physiological, and emotional effects on participants after just a few days, I had to ask: What would happen if we went for seven days? And the Week Long Advanced Retreat was born.

Much of the research and groundbreaking findings my team and I have shared in recent years has resulted from the studies conducted at our Week Long Advanced Retreats. And now that we’ve seen the pronounced effects on the brain and body – as well as in people’s lives – after seven days of lectures and meditations, we want to study and discover what’s possible when we, as a collective community, go even further – and collect more data.


Bringing the Retreat Experience Home

 

When we launched the 10-Day Extended Retreat, we asked our community:

 

Are you ready to go deeper into the unknown? To push beyond your boundaries and long-held beliefs? To test your limits – and find out how unlimited you really are? 

 

... and the answer was a resounding yes. The 10-day retreat sold out in minutes, and the waitlist quickly swelled to more than 10,000 people. We knew we had to find a way to bring the energy of “One Mind-One Heart” to more members of our community.

And so, we’ve created two online events (you may recall my staff likes to call them “Lovestreams”) offering you the chance to join us this week for lectures and guided meditations – live from Cancún.

The first Lovestream is for everyone in our community, at all levels of knowledge and experience. The second, which happens later in the week, is for Advanced Students only – meaning, you’ve already attended at least one Week Long Advanced Retreat.


Come to the Monastery – Unfolding Into Unlimited Possibilities

This community-wide Lovestream will take place tomorrow – Tuesday, December 3 – from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

In it, I’ll teach what it means to become no body; no one; no thing; no where; in no time ... to overcome yourself, move beyond space and time, connect to the unified field, and unfold into unlimited possibilities. You’ll learn ...

• What it means to enter the field as pure consciousness
• How to create more coherence, order, and resonance in your brain
• How to regulate your autonomic nervous system back into balance
• What it means to practice divergent focus
• How to get beyond your personality and your identity – and connect to information beyond your senses

And then, together, we’ll practice a live, guided 1.5-hour meditation that will lead you into the experience of unfolding into unlimited possibilities. This is a meditation we do only at our live events – and it’s perfect for anyone who wants to practice overcoming their body, their environment, and time – and connect to that unified field of all possibilities.

Return to the Monastery – Body Electric: The Evolution

This Advanced* Lovestream will take place Sunday, December 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

One of the most common requests we receive from Advanced Students after they’ve attended a Week Long Advanced Retreat is the opportunity to experience “Blessing of the Energy Centers IX” – also known as “Body Electric” – live once more. I think this is because Body Electric resonates with participants who “remember this feeling” of tuning in to that invisible field of electric energy toward the end of a truly life-changing week.

At our Week Long Advanced Retreats, I usually present the Body Electric teaching the night before the meditation – which takes place on the final morning of the event. But for this week’s Lovestream – and for the first time ever – I’ll present the teaching and guide the Body Electric meditation in the same day. Elevating the Collective Consciousness: One Mind-One Heart

I love offering our community members numerous opportunities to overcome themselves, get beyond the known, and connect to something greater ... to encounter the divine within and create lasting change in their lives.

Our retreats are so special because the people there have made a commitment to show up for themselves and explore the unknown. They bring their curiosity, their willingness, and their love to the collective.

We conceived of the 10-Day Extended Retreat with the idea that together, with more time, we can build even more community ... create even more coherence ... and elevate the collective consciousness to even greater heights. One Mind. One Heart.
