She Created Health and Abundance by Remembering to ‘Change’

“I just followed Dr Joe's instruction. I said to myself, ‘Change it. Change.’ And I kept reminding myself who I don't want to be – and who I want to be.”

Before Suvda discovered Dr Joe’s book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself,” she was at the lowest point of her life. She had no job and no money – and suffered numerous health conditions including cardiac arrhythmia, chronic stress, depression, and acne so severe she was self-conscious about going outside.

With little else to do, Suvda devoted herself to the work. She wasn’t sure she was doing it “right” – but returned to the book again and again. Over time, she learned to catch herself defaulting to old thoughts and feelings – and to simply follow Dr Joe’s guidance to “change.”

As Suvda evolved from the person she didn’t want to be to the person she did want to be, things in her life began to improve. She changed her personality ... and changed her personal reality.
