Walk As It
There are four types of meditations; sitting, standing, walking, and lying down. As our community became very skilled at the sitting meditation, we found that their greatest challenge was to maintain that elevated energy and emotions throughout their waking day. Thus, we created the Walking Meditation.

“In these meditations, students outwardly demonstrate who they want to be in their future, and they become it.”
The Walking Meditation is a great way for people to practice transitioning from a seated meditation, where they change their energy with their eyes closed, to an active meditation, where they change their energy while standing—followed by walking in that energy with their eyes open. In these meditations, students outwardly demonstrate who they want to be in their future, and they become it.
Our research shows that after practicing the Walking Meditation for one hour, it’s possible for people to make significant changes in their brain and body, which translates into other areas of their life. Imagine a community of 1,000 or 2,000 people collectively walking into their future as a more evolved version of themselves.
