In the summer of 2020, Patricia was diagnosed with a recurrence of metastatic breast cancer. It had spread to her lungs and caused a buildup of fluid around her heart, leading to surgery and a few weeks in the hospital. The hospital staff supported Patricia in accessing Dr Joe's meditations on the computer in her room. Now, a year later, she has regained her health, vitality and independence.
