I knew it was going to happen. I didn’t know when it was going to happen ... but it was coming. And I was so filled with excitement and joy and gratitude.”

At 53, Lisa was diagnosed with a severe form of osteoporosis in her spine – the sort rarely seen in people younger than 80. Searching for answers, she wanted to find a way to treat the condition without medication. And when she came across Dr Joe’s work, the science made sense to her. She could change her biology – by changing her mind.

As Lisa took the Progressive Online Course while preparing for her first Week Long Advanced Retreat, something remarkable began to happen. She developed a deep knowing that she would heal herself – before arriving at the event. “I lived every single day knowing that either had happened or was going to happen,” she says today.

Because she was symptom-free, the only way to confirm this knowing was through a bone-density test. And to her doctor’s shock, the results confirmed what Lisa had known – what she had felt – all along. She was healed.
