She Became ‘Inspired’ – and Healed Nerve Pain
“Doubting the presence of the energy or the healer inside ... took away from the practice. But I’m super grateful ... that I could come to a moment of intense knowingness that when I call, spirit answers.”
When intense nerve pain sent Irawati to a specialist, she was told she was “steps away” from surgery. Already a student of Dr Joe’s work, she decided to find another way. It wasn’t easy – she couldn’t sit, recline, or lie down without extreme discomfort, making it difficult to meditate. Discouraged, Irawati judged her practice – and herself.
Instead of giving up, she went deeper into the breath practice called “Pulling the Mind Out of the Body” – and began to experience relief from the pain while doing so. That was all the evidence she needed to keep going. As her belief in her practice increased, Irawati connected to the divine healer within. Through the breath, she found inspiration – and freedom from pain.
