After suffering a traumatic brain injury almost seven years ago, Scott’s whole life changed. Everything changed for his family, as well. Scott needed full-time care at home. He was breathing with a ventilator, having seizures, and struggling to walk.

When his wife began meeting with a local group to practice Dr Joe’s work, Scott joined her – but only to be near the beach. He tuned out of the meditations and listened to the radio. Eventually, he grew curious – and soon, a grant from the Give to Give Foundation enabled his wife and him to attend their first retreat.

Selected as a healee for three Coherence HealingTM sessions at the retreat, Scott learned to open up to energy – and, ultimately, to surrender. By the time he rose from the third session, he could walk without a wheelchair. And now, his family says a light has returned to his eyes.
