For Advanced Workshop Participants Only. This meditation is designed for students who have already been practicing Dr. Joe's Walking Meditations 1 and 2.
Every day is an opportunity to create something extraordinary! something beyond what you imagined you could do the day before. As you engage this meditation, you will begin to express, create, and transform your life into a new reality.
There are four traditional types of meditations: A sitting meditation - which most people typically do, a standing meditation, a walking meditation, and a lying down meditation. This particular meditation encompasses all four types of meditation. You will begin this meditation with a new type of breathing exercise in the seated position, preferably on the ground (but not necessary), then follow Dr. Joe's guided meditation instructions for walking and standing still. You will then end the mediation in the laying down position.
