The Place Where Thoughts Become Things: A Guided Children's Meditation was created for children ages 5 to 12. This meditation was designed to help children understand that their thoughts can become real-life experiences, as well as how their thoughts and feelings actually affect their bodies. By practicing this foundational meditation, children will develop better self-awareness, which will ultimately serve them greatly later in life.
Parents are also invited to practice this meditation with their children. By practicing this meditation together, they will become comfortable meditating on their own.
