Restorative Sleep is a meditation used to program your body to sleep better, to repair, restore, and regenerate itself. This meditation can also be used for insomnia, to help you sleep through the night. During this meditation, Dr Joe will guide you in reprogramming your autonomic nervous system so that all systems of your body become more balanced.
