The Morning and Evening Meditations, Volume 2, are an evolved approach to what have been, to date, our most popular meditations. A “fresh take” on creating our lives anew each day, these slightly longer, 30-minute meditations will help you to change by becoming conscious of your unconscious self – and by staying conscious in your waking day.

It's so common to spend the majority of the day unaware of your automatic thoughts, actions, and feelings – and to believe those habitual programs are who you are. When you decide to make a different choice – when you enter the river of change – you break that continuity. And, with the right practice, you can break the habit of being yourself.

And as you change, your life changes. That’s the experiment.

When you practice the morning meditation, you have a chance to begin your day with resolve – to commit to staying aware and awake in the day. To embody the thoughts, behaviors, and feelings of a new personality – in the process of creating a new personal reality. You remind yourself who you no longer want to be, and you commit to the person you’re becoming.

When you practice the evening meditation, it’s a time to reflect – to take an inventory of the day before you leave it behind. Did you stay conscious to your thoughts, actions, and feelings? Did you sit with the discomfort of overcoming your programming? Where are you facing challenges? And what are you proud of? Did you practice feeling the feelings of your new future – before it happens?

With these meditations, you can learn how to avoid defaulting to your automatic, memorized, old self – and practice being the new self with your eyes open. You can learn to catch your emotional responses and your thoughts, notice your behaviors, and make different choices – choices that will lead you to new shores on the other side of that river of change.

One day is one lifetime. The Morning and Evening Meditations give you the tools to take the wisdom of each day and carry it into tomorrow … when you’ll have another chance to practice. Another chance to live another lifetime.
