The energy centers of the body (known as chakras in the Hindu traditions) are individual centers that have their own frequency and energy. Each energy center emits different information and/or intentions; correlates to its own individual glands, hormones, and chemistry; and houses its own unique plexuses of neurons. When activated with energy, each center expresses its own level of mind.
In this meditation, Blessing of the Energy Centers III, Dr Joe introduces a more specific way to program your autonomic nervous system through the different energy centers by using symbols that represent intentional frequency that carries information. By using a symbol and tuning into a more specific frequency you will learn how to change your body’s health in a more targeted way.
