The morning meditation will help you to mentally prepare for the day ahead by mentally rehearsing who you want to be in your day. Dr Joe will guide you to combine a clear intention with an elevated emotions to prime your brain and body into a new state of being.
The evening meditation is designed to increase your level of self-awareness by reviewing how you did during that day and become conscious of when you went unconscious and therefore self-correct. You will learn to evolve your choices and experiences for the next day to lead you closer to your desired future reality. You will also learn to celebrate the new choices you made that brought you closer to the vision of your future>
