The last months, I didn’t have time or energy to look at all the newsletters from Joe Dispenza. I keep them above, on my email box, because I know that they are relevant.
But today, I received the last newsletter, and have taken a look at it immediately. And I have to acknowledge that I really appreciated the article from Joe Dispenza, as the videos of Bruce Lipton (as always) and the TedX conference of Daniel Amen, incredibly convincing.
About the latter, I really appreciate the comment telling that the psychiatrists are the only medical specialists that don’t look at the organ they treat. This is a so relevant assertion. Once told it appears as so evident and even revolting.
What he shows on the video is giving comprehension and lots of hope about what we can do on ourselves or help to do for others. It seemed to me so obvious with the example of Alzheimer patients.
About the article on heart intelligence, what Joe Dispenza is telling appears to me more and more fundamental in my daily life. Rationality is one thing, but love has to master it. Love (compassion, empathy, generosity, affection, respect, indulgence), has to lead our life. Rationality has to obey to love. Fears, pain, hate, and derivatives are taking more place by lack of love, and inversely they can lost their importance in presence of love.
Every present moment filled with love builds health and fulfillment.
And about the video of Bruce Lipton, I retain in particular the explanation about the benefit of crossing our members in order to help both of our brains working together, that’s why walking and jogging have such a good effect on our mental.
I really advize you to go and take a look at the content of this newsletter. All the more so, as the videos are not very long.
