Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself Worksheet

I have typed out the steps in worksheet form for working on emotional issues from Joes book so I can work on one at a time.  Since I have the book on Kindle, it's a lot easier to start working with a printed worksheet in my hands.  MODERATORS: If this is un-cool and not allowed.. please delete this.  But if it is ok, anyone who wants it, it is attached.
