Setting intention for dizziness
« on: April 17, 2017, 12:19:33 PM »
I have had persistent dizziness/disequilibrium (like a drunken feeling) for 9 months. I'm being treated for Lyme. I'd love to hear if you've had a similar experience.

Also, I'm struggling with figuring out what clear intention to set for meditation to get rid of the dizziness. I'd welcome any ideas. Thank you!

Hi Deb,

I was treated for Lyme some years ago, so I know how you feel...

When I started the meditations I was pretty ok, then some of the symptoms reappeared until they were so strong that they were giving me not only dizziness but also panic attacks.

That happened slowly over that month but I stopped at some point the meditations until I regained a kind of balance. I felt stronger last week when i restarted them, but now I feel I am getting the symptoms back.

Does anyone experienced something like this? is just the body/mind playing a dirty game?

I have the same questions as you have :D...even more...

Did you try meditation already?

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that can easily treated with antibiotics.
