Studying "Becoming Supernatural"
« on: June 13, 2018, 02:53:16 PM »
I am really excited to be a new member of the forum. I have read all of Dr. Joe's books and I have attended 2 workshops. I use the guided meditations daily. Right now I am reading "Becoming Supernatural" for the second time with a book study group.

I notice that the more I allow myself to be in the "nothingness", the more unexpected things happen. And ideas are popping into my mind that are way outside the box. Very cool!

Yes! I am finding emptying completely into nothingness allows me to recognize the emotions that are beneficial and I ignore the bothersome rest!

Walk in Beauty - how does the nothingness help you recognize those emotions?

Way cool! I called in to this study group this past Wednesday and there were people from all around the world sharing how they are working with Dr. Joe, page by page, in Becoming Supernatural. I have already read this book, but you know, isn't it funny how hearing someone else talk about it, I find information like it's the first time I am seeing it. This is so valuable for me and right on time. I am definitely getting on every week!

 :) :) :) :)

RobbieG I had a vision during a meditation in which my heart chakra was emptying out like delicious pink confection pouring from my heart. So I decided to empty the rest of the chakras, and they flowed out all at once. It was so freeing.

Now when the meditation instructs becoming no one, no place, no time I go to each chakra and completely empty it. “There is no need for grounding and abundance. Empty the root chakra completely. When you have need of abundance the universe will supply everything you need. Let go of your need to control. Trust. Believe.” And so on for each chakra.

It is almost like a vacuum forms in my heart: the more empty I become the more energy and compassion are attracted to me.

I also like stepping outside of control, tell my higher self to go ahead and take control. I give it full sway. Especially during a vey trying day at work, or a home side tantrum... my higher self has wisdom and tact. I watch her and learn from that calm kindness.

Anxiety, worry, anger.... although one knows these are not beneficial emotions the habit of encouraging them feels right.... until I emptyied myself of all emotions... then allowed my habitual emotions to return under scrutiny, and forearmed with a clear vision of what I wanted to keep and what had to go!

"Where you place your attention is where you place your energy." ~ Dr. Joe Dispenza This week, Wednesday June 27th, 6pm AZ, we are reading and discussing pages 76-93 in Dr. Joe Dispenza's amazing new book, "Becoming Supernatural". We are starting off with review of just what the illustration on page 74 means. Where do we choose to place our attention and how do we give it energy.

Meditation was designed to quiet the endless ego personality chatter in ones brain. It is a quieting. Once you quiet you mind you will have the capacity to place your attention on something else and create something new.  If you focus on being no-thing, no-one, no-where all you will achieve is the same. The energy flows to where your focus lies and what you are staying present with. You will create exactly what your intent is, because this is your focus, it is what you are observing in your mind and becoming. If you desire to have abundant prosperity then that should be your focus, your intent. If your consciousness is all about becoming something then that something will be your reality. Nothing however will manifest itself because nothing it also a manifestation of consciousness.  If you wan't to become your higher self, don't focus on no-thing, focus on being your higher self. Your higher self will respond to you when you will rise to it's level of consciousness and not the other way around. Your higher self ignores you most of the time. It will never stoop down to your level of consciousness. Be something, be everything, be everyone. There is nothing to gain by being nothing. Only nothing.

There is a connection found in being no thing, no one in no time. It is a vital phase in the process.

Everything Dr Joe instructs is for a specific science proven reason.
